This test demonstrates video interlacing artifacts that used to be commonly found on older televisions and computer displays.
This interlacing emulation will look more accurate on flicker displays than on sample-and-hold displays.
You will see a venetian-blinds effect during low-framerate motion.
You will also see a venetian-blinds effect when you do vertical motion at speeds that are odd multiples of the refresh rate.
